Engagement guide

From the first diagnosis to ongoing support.

Explore the four engagement types, who they are intended for and how remote delivery carries work into implementation.

What engagements do you offer, and what are the fee bands?

UnityLane offers four remote engagements: Lane Diagnostic (3–6 weeks, indicative ₦15m–₦70m); Digital & Ops Sprint (indicative ₦40m–₦250m); Transformation Programme (indicative ₦80m–₦500m+); Capability Retainer (indicative ₦8m–₦40m per quarter). Fees are confirmed in a written proposal.

Who is the work for?

Nigerian organisations with a named executive sponsor and a funded mandate. Not a fit for unpaid strategy or unfunded small retainers.

How is remote delivery handled?

Video calls, recorded workshops, a shared workspace, WhatsApp and email. No physical office. Lagos and Abuja are client markets.

What can follow a Lane Diagnostic?

A 90-day execution map, then a sprint, a transformation programme, or a quarterly retainer if the mandate continues.

How are fees and payments structured?

Written proposal. 20–30% mobilisation before work starts. Balance by milestone. Naira unless an FX clause is agreed.

Does this website create an engagement?

No. The briefing form is a request, not a booking. Work starts after a written proposal and engagement letter.
